A Return to Insanity - March 1 in North Hall @ 9:30 pm

There's going to be a Nerf thing. You guys should come. Let the Insanity commence.

The Covenant Wars - Saturday at 8:00

The War between the Red and Blue factions has spilled out of the boys dorms and into the basement of Covenant!  Meet in the main room of the Covenant basement at 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 28.

In case you're new and don't know what's going on:

• I will provide standard Nerf ammunition for everyone. (Non-standard ammo e.g. BuzzBee darts not provided)
• I will also loan out blasters, clips, and swords to whoever I can (I have a lot), but feel free to bring your own Nerf gear.
• Be sure to let others know about the war! People won't come unless they know. ;)

Red vs Blue - East Hall, Sunday at 8:00

Sorry about the lack of Nerf wars last weekend, I've been a bit preoccupied with homework and my other hobbies. But now it's time to invade East hall with our dart-distributing devices! I've even obtained some red and blue bandanas so we can finally mark who is on each team. Not to mention the new Nerf gun I acquired which is a full-auto beast with high-voltage batteries. But I digress.

The point is, show up in the east hall lobby at 8:00 on Sunday. As usual...

1. Darts (and disks) will be provided to everyone so we don't have to sort out who they belong to afterwards.
2. Bring your Nerf blaster(s) and other gear with you, although I'll be loaning out gear as well. I have far more guns than I can use. ;)
3. Spread the word to anyone that would be interested. We want more people to shoot at. :P

Welcome (back) to Dordt(Nerf)

Welcome back to returning Dordt-dwellers and welcome to new students! For those of you who don't know us, we are DordtNerf and our mission is to gather as many people as we can to have fun engaging in foam combat.

Our first war of the year will be this Friday, August 30. Join us in the North hall lobby at 8:00 PM to join in on the foam-flinging fun. I'll bring my collection of Nerf guns (including the beastly sniper rifle pictured above), so feel free to come even if you don't have a blaster of your own, I'd be happy to hook you up ;).

I will provide Nerf ammunition for everyone to use (to make cleaning up easier), so if you have your own gun bring it unloaded. Also feel free to bring sock balls, they're legal ammunition to help practice for Dordt's official Humans vs Zombies game.

Feel free to spread the word to anyone who might be interested! The more Nerfers we get the more fun we'll have. :D

Outdoor Pre-Finals War! Friday at 4pm

I haven't posted any wars in recent weeks because I've been busy, but apparently I'm not the only person organizing wars on campus. I've received word that someone is organizing a war for this Friday (April 3) behind the BJ Haan at 4pm. I plan on showing up with my gear, and it would be great if you would too! I'll plan on providing blasters, ammo, and swords to whoever I can as per usual.

Back at it: Friday (2/22) at 7:30

Sorry about the lack of Nerf wars on the last two weekends. I've been busy and sick, so I haven't really been in the mood. Now, however, I'm ready to Nerf. This one will meet in North again because the last one ended up in East and again I'd rather not carry the gear too far unless I can get help.

All the usual specs:

• Meet in the North hall lobby at 7:30 pm on Friday (2/22/13)
• Nerf ammunition will be provided (Elite darts, Vortex disks, and sucker/whistler darts)
• I will also loan out blasters (and swords) to anyone who wants to use them, but of course you are free and encouraged to bring your own.
• Let people know about the war. I'll try to spread the word by mouth too because I know this is fairly short notice and not many people will see this in time.
